📦 When Do We Ship?
We pack and ship all orders within 36–48 business hours (that’s about 1–2 business days in Earth time, excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is sealed and snackified, it’s handed off to the carrier you chose at checkout.

Every order is carefully packaged in durable, protective materials, and each gummy bag is individually sealed to keep your flavors fresh, chewy, and safe from Earth elements (like sun rays and curious pets).
🚚 Carriers & Delivery
We ship using trusted major carriers (like USPS, UPS, and others).
Tracking info will be emailed to you once your order is processed.
🚨 Pro Tip: If you live in a super hot climate (hey there, desert warriors), we highly recommend selecting a faster shipping option to help protect your precious gummies from melting mid-journey.
Also: Try to be available when your order arrives so your snacks aren’t sitting in the heat too long. Gummis are sweet, but they’re sensitive.

For extra hot zones or during summer months, you can purchase our Cold Pack Shipping Add-On at checkout.
With the Cold Pack, your gummies should stay cool and intact for up to 36 hours from the time we hand it off to the carrier. While it’s not a time-freezing spell, it’s the next best thing!
