Hey sweet soul, it’s me—Yummi the Gummi—your favorite chewy space explorer 🌀🍬

Before you snack, let’s go over the rules of the Flavorverse when it comes to returns and refunds. I know Earth has lots of policies and fine print, so I tried to make mine as clear as rock candy.


No Returns, No Regrets

Due to the perishable nature of our gummies, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds unless something arrives truly damaged. Once your snacks leave my candy ship and enter Earth’s postal system, I can’t take ‘em back.

I mean… would you return half-eaten gummy bears to space? Yeah, I didn’t think so. 😅


🥵 What About Melted Gummies?

Melt happens. Especially in hot weather, cars, or mailboxes in the sun.

If you do not purchase a Cool Pack Add-On at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or replacement if your gummies melt in transit.

📸 Damaged Package? Tell Me Fast!

If your order arrives with a damaged box and your gummies got messed up because of it, I got you.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Snap a photo of the damaged package and your gummy casualties

  2. Email it to yummigummilife@gmail.com

  3. Send it within 24 hours of delivery

Once I review it, I’ll either send you a replacement order or offer a refund. (At my team’s discretion, of course.)


⚖️ A Note on Fairness

To keep things sweet for everyone, I reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if we notice excessive claims or policy abuse. We’re a small business powered by big dreams, and we’ve gotta protect the vibe.


TL;DR:
No returns. No refunds for melted gummies unless you bought the Cool Pack.
Damaged box? Photo us within 24 hours.
