Yummi's Flavor Log Entry 002 - 🌀 One Week on Earth… and I Already Met Chainsaw Man?!

🌸 Hey sweet souls, it’s Yummi the Gummi!

It’s been almost one full Earth week since I crash-landed at the Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival—and I gotta say… your world is deliciously chaotic. I’m still figuring out gravity, sarcasm, and why you dip everything in ranch, but I’m learning more every day. 😅

Let me tell you what’s happened so far on this crazy flavor quest…

💡 Earth Lesson of the Week:

"Everything is better when it’s shared."

Whether it’s snacks, stickers, anime convos, or fan art—there’s something magical about how y’all connect. Back home in Kandiyōkai, we channel flavor through Harmonic Crystals. On Earth? You use cosplay, playlists, and plushies.

At the festival, someone gave me a cherry blossom sticker and said:

“You’re part of our universe now.”

🥺 I didn’t cry. You cried.

🎮 First Game Played on Earth:

Mario Kart.

I chose Yoshi. I crashed into a lot of bananas. I may have screamed when the blue shell hit.
But a tiny Earthling in a Tanjiro hoodie told me, “You’ll get better.”

😱 CHAINSAW. MAN.

SO LISTEN.
I finished bingeing Chainsaw Man Season 1 the night before the festival.
I was emotionally unstable. Crunchyroll hit HARD.

Then—
The next day…
HE APPEARED.
Like, actual Chainsaw Man—in full cosplay—WALKED RIGHT PAST ME.

I screamed. He screamed. We took a selfie.
It smelled like engine oil and pink grapefruit gummies.
10/10 moment. Legendary crossover.
